All participants must be 18 or older and legal residents of the State of California. Participants can collect Stash the Kash on-line. Collecting generous amounts of Stash the Kash does not guarantee you will be the winning bidder on any particular auction item.
Accumulation of on-line Stash the Kash scrip is to be determined and will be announced by the client.
What is the Stash the Kash Auction? Our sponsor(s) have given prizes to be auctioned off by the client. Participants who have collected Stash the Kash on-line can bid on items via the Internet Auction. The only currency accepted for the Stash the Kash Auction is Stash the Kash on-line scrip. Participants who bid the highest amount of Stash the Kash on auction items will have five working days from the auction's closing date to claim their auction item(s). If the auction item is not claimed in the alloted time (five working days from close of auction) that item becomes property of the client. All participant's on-line accounts will be checked to make sure they have the correct amount of Stash the Kash to claim their auction item(s). If the participant's Stash the Kash on-line account is insufficient to claim auction item(s), that item(s) becomes the property of the client and Media2net. To claim auction item(s), participants must call, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm and set a pick-up appointment time. Item(s) can be picked up after an appointment is set, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm at the pick up location found on our "Item Pick Up" page. Participants must provide a valid picture identification with name and address, a phone number and social security number to claim auction item(s).
Online accounts cannot be combined by participants to make one large account.
How to Participate On-Line: Log on to the client's website and open a Stash the Kash Account. There is no charge to open an account or participate in the Stash the Kash Auction. Participants must open a Stash the Kash Account to participate on-line. Limit one account per person (participant must provide password and name). All on-line Stash the Kash accumulated by participants is directly deposited in the participant's Stash the Kash account.
There is no limit as to the amount of Stash the Kash participants can collect on-line.
Stash the Kash on-line accounts are non-transferable.
Stash the Kash Accounts have no cash equivalency and should in no way be construed as legal tender.
Stash the Kash Accounts can only be used in conjunction with the the client's Auction.
Any attempt at accessing on-line Stash the Kash scrip through the writing of computer programs will disqualify participant and is punishable by law.
There is no limit as to the number of items participants can bid on.
All local, state, and federal taxes arising from the Stash the Kash Auction are the sole responsibility of winners and not Auction Sponsors. The client will provide a 1099 form to the winner whose auction item's(s') retail value is $600 (Six hundred dollars) or greater.
Decisions of the judges are final.
There are no item or cash substitutions.
Employees of Auction Sponsors and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in this auction.
This auction is void where prohibited by law.
This auction is subject to all federal, state and local laws.
Winner's acceptance of auction item(s) constitutes permission to use his/her name, photograph and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion on behalf of Auction Sponsors without compensation.
Winners agree that Auction Sponsors and their employees, parent affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance of, use of, and/or participation in auction item(s).
Winners will be required to execute forms releasing Auction Sponsors from any and all liability prior to receiving any auction item(s).
Non-compliance with these rules may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
